$35-55 - (Nonrefundable) Credit/Background verification
1 Month min.- Security Deposit (Additional deposit may be required based on credit.)
Rent Payments

1st Month's rent is due at lease signing.
Monthly rent payments are due 1st day of the month and are considered late thereafter.
Late fees will be charged at 4% on the outstanding balance, if received after the the 5th day of the month.

The following ONE-TIME fees are paid directly to the condo association:
$200 move-in fee
$15 - fob access key (per resident)
